Goods In/Out Coordinator
Permanent position – Full time or Part time considered

We have an exciting full time/permanent position in our Goods-In/Out department where the ideal candidate for this post will have experience working in a high paced, customer facing environment, working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a very high standard of service.

Primary Purpose of this Position:
• Check goods in against delivery notes for accuracy and damages
• Use Sandwell’s ERP system to book in/out Customer orders
• Customer contact – Face to face, Email, and via phone
• Preparing and packing goods ready for dispatch
• Working with multiple couriers to arrange collections
• Loading and unloading delivery & shipments
• Liaise with other departments with any issues/queries
• Assisting with routine administrative tasks as required
• Checking supplier deliveries

• Experience working in a customer facing role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet Customer expectations
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of an integrated team
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple concurrent and competing priorities to meet customer deadlines
• Positive “can-do” attitude
